CLOUÉE gives a great importance to the protection of the personal data and privacy of its users and clients. CLOUÉE undertakes to process this personal data in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the countries from which its users access the www.clouee.fr website, including in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation ("RGPD") and the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended.

Newsletter Subscription: If you decide to subscribe to our newsletter, you will receive information about our products and exclusivities which you can stop receiving at any time by clicking on the link provided for this purpose in each newsletter. The information collected when you subscribe to our newsletter allows us to send you more relevant commercial information. This data is hosted in France by the company SendInBlue.
This processing is based on your consent.
4. Consultation of the Site: during your visits to our Site, the following data may be collected and temporarily recorded: domain name or IP address, http response code, the number of bytes transferred, the address of the website from which the user arrived. This processing is based on the legitimate interest of Clouée, which is to better understand the traffic on the Site. This data is hosted in the United States by the company Google.
This data may also be used to provide more relevant offers to our users (in particular through the use of cookies). This processing is based on your consent (via the cookie banner).
3. Who is the data controller and how can I contact him/her?
CLOUÉE, whose head office is located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, is responsible for the processing. The purpose of the latter is the marketing of illustrations and derived products and activities related to these processes.

4. With whom is the data shared?
The personal data collected and processed as set out in article 2 above are used by the competent and authorised persons within CLOUÉE

5. For how long is the data kept?
The personal data collected and listed in article 2 above are kept by the Clouée company and its possible subcontractors for periods not exceeding the fulfilment of the purposes described:
Cookies: the legal limit is 13 months.
Newsletter: if you do not consult our messages for three years, we will automatically delete you from our data. It is also possible to delete your subscription on request.
Customer account: if you do not log in to your account for three years, we plan to delete your account.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the applicable laws and regulations on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data.

Right to the portability of personal data: This right differs from the right of access to personal data in that (i) it only concerns the data provided by the user to Clouée and (ii) it allows you to obtain this data in a structured and machine-readable format.
Right to object: You may, for legitimate reasons, object at any time, selectively or globally, to the use of your personal data for advertising or research purposes. To this end, a simple written notification of your request is sufficient by email or post to the above address.
Right to limit processing: In certain cases provided for by the applicable regulations, you may ask CLOUÉE to limit the processing of your personal data.
Right to withdraw consent at any time: For all processing operations, among those listed above, whose legal basis is the user's consent, the latter has the right to withdraw this consent at any time, without having to justify this. In this respect, the Client may subscribe to the CLOUÉE newsletter and thus choose to be regularly informed of the offers proposed. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: The user has the right to lodge a complaint relating to the processing carried out by CLOUÉE with the competent supervisory authority. 7. Modification of this Privacy Policy
CLOUÉE reserves the right to modify and update this Privacy Policy. CLOUÉE will publish this new Privacy Policy on its Site.
