What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
The sales of the illustrator are ephemeral, they begin on the 1st day of the month and end on the last day of the same month. The number of prints is defined by Clouée and varies according to the artist.
2 scenarios:
The first: a limited edition illustration is sold out in its entirety, so it is out of stock and you will no longer be able to buy it even if the sale is not yet closed.
The second one : there are still original illustrations, Clouée has the possibility to put them back in pre-sale in a punctual way. This information will be communicated to you via our ESHOP, social networks or in our newsletter.

What is the shipping policy?
All printing and framing is started as soon as the sale of the illustration is finished, at the end of each month.
We will keep you informed of the production process.
A pre-order implies a delivery time of 3 to 8 weeks depending on the date of purchase of your illustration(s).
Once the order is shipped, and depending on your location, the delivery time may vary.
Concerning the delivery mode, we propose you a delivery with La Poste either in a collection point or at home.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How to order your gift card ?
The gift card is a 100% digital card of the value of your choice. Once ordered, you will receive it instantly by email. You can then print it or transfer it to the person you want to give it to. If you want us to personalize your gift card with a nice card, don't hesitate to contact us by email at the following address: contact@clouee.fr
What printing technique is used?
Our art prints are made on high quality paper, "https://www.hahnemuehle.com/ bright white 310 gsm - 100% cotton. This is an art print that we call Fine Art or Giclée, with high definition pigment inks. This printing technique allows to retranscribe the lines and colors used by the artist. The colors remain intact for over sixty years.
Do you offer custom framing?
Yes, we offer custom framing as an option. We work with a Parisian workshop, LAMA FACTORY, specialist in custom framing. We are sensitive to their eco-responsible approach, the use of sustainable materials, their handcrafting and their local know-how. We propose you to choose between two colors of rods: solid oak or black.
